This golf-related real estate sale included an operating championship 18-hole course, full-service clubhouse with fitness center, tennis courts, pro shop, swimming pool, restaurant and locker rooms, as well as four golf villas, 23 luxury home condominium rentals and 57 residential home sites. The property was effectively and successfully sold to an investor group as a result of the auction.
- Managing Extensive Bankruptcy Portfolios
HRE assisted a client in the sale of two championship golf courses, a 1,200 acre lake, a portfolio of 600+ prime residential lots and a clubhouse.
