Ryan joined Hilco Real Estate Sales (HRE) in 2017, bringing a unique perspective from his background at one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate data providers and five years in investment sales and leasing at Savills in Manhattan. A New York Law School graduate, Ryan identified a critical need for discreet, value-maximizing strategies for golf course and resort owners, leading to the creation of HRE’s Golf Advisory Team.
Leveraging Hilco Global’s top-performing divisions—including Valuations, Hilco Corporate Finance and Real Estate—Ryan delivers customized solutions for dispositions, acquisitions, valuations and capital strategies. He represents prominent owners and investors across the golf, hospitality, private equity and family office sectors and has secured exclusive partnerships with the National Golf Course Owners Association and the UK Golf Federation.
Before joining HRE, Ryan served as a relationship manager at Reis, Inc., where he collaborated with executives to enhance operational platforms through comprehensive, unbiased data and analytics. At Savills Studley, he specialized in tenant representation, focusing on new business development, market research and financial analysis for clients, including Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions and technology firms. He began his career in real estate with Eastern Consolidated’s capital markets team, where he focused on the sale and acquisition of mixed-use and office properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dickinson College and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and an active member of the Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast, the Long Island Association and the New Jersey Chapter of NAIOP.
