Ryan brings to Hilco Real Estate’s team a unique perspective, coming from both an execution side as an investment sales and leasing broker, in addition to working for one of the country’s largest commercial real estate data and analytics providers.
Focused primarily on business development in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, Ryan leads Hilco’s disposition business in that region, working with a variety of valued clients, municipalities and development agencies throughout the tri-state area.
Prior to joining Hilco, Ryan was a relationship manager with Reis, Inc. where he worked with executives from an operations perspective to enhance their platform by providing comprehensive and unbiased data and analytics. While a tenant representation specialist at Savills Studley, Ryan focused on new business development, market research and financial analysis representing Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions and growing technology companies. His first introduction into real estate was within capital markets at Eastern Consolidated where he specialized in the sale and acquisition of mixed-use and office properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Ryan graduated from Dickinson College with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and also received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School. Ryan is a member of the Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast, Long Island Association, and the New Jersey Chapter of the NAIOP. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York.
