Christine is the vice president of marketing for Hilco Real Estate, responsible for creating and implementing an all-encompassing marketing strategy, increasing and solidifying the brand’s visibility as well as property marketing and business development process implementation.
With over 12 years in commercial real estate marketing, she actively utilizes her innate understanding of the industry, business development strategy, marketing technologies, digital marketing, deal flow process and objectives to benefit the firm.
Prior to joining HRE, Christine was the Chicago regional marketing director for Colliers International, where she spearheaded the strategic development and implementation of marketing campaigns, in support of business development goals, for the local offices and their service lines. She also served as the corporate marketing director at CenterPoint Properties where she oversaw the development of the company marketing strategy, which included the repositioning of the brand across the company’s portfolio of 300+ industrial facilities.
An innovative and thoughtful business development leader, Christine began her real estate career with CBRE in 2011 as a communications specialist and quickly rose through the ranks to business development manager. While there, she was recognized with the “Shared Services Employee of the Year” award, which recognizes individuals who make exceptional contributions to the firm’s success, as well as the “Ambassador Award,” which honors individuals who demonstrate leadership, initiative and determination.
Christine earned a Bachelor of Arts in both mass media studies and communications from the College of Charleston in Charleston, S.C.
