Christine Monaghan is an Associate with the real estate practice at Hilco Global and is based in New York. In this role, she provides operational and administrative support across the Real Estate Advisory platform, working closely with senior leadership to facilitate transaction execution and team operations.
Christine works directly with the Retail Development Advisory team to support deal execution and transaction management, including oversight of financial and documentation workflows, reporting and internal systems management, and coordination of key industry initiatives and events.
Prior to joining Hilco Global, Christine served as an Executive Assistant at Vista Equity Partners, where she supported the Chief Information Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, and senior IT leadership team. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade at Newmark, supporting several Vice Chairmen and playing a key role in transaction administration and operational coordination across complex real estate engagements.
