Jeff joined Hilco Real Estate Sales in 2024 as Senior Managing Director, responsible as team lead for business development in the firm’s asset sales division. He brings over 30 years of experience in this sector, generating billions of dollars in real estate sales across almost every real estate category.
Jeff’s entire career focus has been executing accelerated marketing programs for commercial and residential property on behalf of small and midsize companies, Fortune 500 Corporations, REITS, financial institutions, developers, non-profit and religious organizations as well as investors and affluent private owners.
A particular area of expertise has been the execution of commercial and residential portfolio sales, with Jeff having conducted some of the largest portfolio auctions in the U.S. on behalf of major financial institutions including Wells Fargo, Citicorp, Fortress Investment Group and many others.
Jeff is a nationally recognized expert in the bankruptcy and restructuring field, where he has represented debtors, secured creditors, trustees and receivers in real estate transactions spanning all asset classes. Building on this expertise, he also provides strategic real estate advisory services to educational institutions nationwide, offering tailored solutions that address their unique needs.
A member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association, Jeff has been a panelist on various webinars and seminars focused on higher educational, alternative use properties, accelerated sales strategies and real estate auctions as a powerful disposition strategy.
