Michael joined Hilco Real Estate in 2021 and is responsible for supporting the firm’s sales operations in a variety of functions, such as market research, property modeling work, and client management related to prospective and current sale listing engagements, direct investments, and other special projects.

He carefully analyzes macro industry trends as well as property and sub-market data, with the objective of enhancing the efficiency and productivity of a variety of HRE initiatives and assists in the management of lead inquiries, internal communication strategies and management of HRE’s valued clients.

Michael has experience in managing end-to-end sales operations, CRM administration including lead generation, sales pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance analytics. He is proficient in utilizing various sales tools and technologies to enhance team productivity and improve overall efficiency, also is proactive when negotiating contracts and delivering exceptional customer experiences resulting in high client satisfaction, repeat business, and successful transactions.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communication studies from University of San Diego.
